Most professional white glove service I have ever been through. Absolute excellence. I highly recommend you use their service for any auto glass replacement.

I'm an Air Force Veteran. I've never had my windshield replaced before & was referred by Kristi (super kind) at our local Caliber Collision on Justin Rd. When I called Caliber Auto Glass, I had the pleasure of getting Destiny F.🦊 Destiny explained their process in great detail, their hours of operation, and addressed all of my questions. I had a slight dilemma, in which she reached out to her GM for an accommodation. World class customer service. Unfortunately due to the freeze that Friday, I requested to reschedule 2 weeks out because no one should be out during the freeze. The day I rescheduled there was a slight hiccup to the agreed accommodation but Destiny reached out to GM Brian who explained the slight delay, then he immediately reached out to me. While on the phone, his tech Mr. Hayden texted with his eta which ended up being only a slight delay because I was on the elevator headed down to him to open my door. Hayden was very kind, listened, and quickly presented a solution so I would not need to come back down from training. Hayden transfered over all 4 stickers/tags, sent me pics of the completed replacement, and let me know he locked my car... easy breezy. After work, I

Even though I think they should have a better service about giving a timeline on when they can shoe up, I can honestly say it worked out for when the technician did arrive and he performed his job gracefully. Not only did he come to me but he did the job in a reasonable time. I appreciate him listening to me about my needs and then he followed up with telling me what I had a full warranty on. He was very knowledgeable and took his job seriously. I was nervous about going with them but then overall seen I made the right decision. Thanks guys.

Overall great experience!!! First time out it was the wrong Windshield. Luckily the installer Myron brought it to my attention. This was on a Friday afternoon. I followed up Monday and he was up first thing Tuesday. It was starting to sprinkle so no go. He came back out bright and early Wednesday! Third time was a charm. And Myron was great!!!!

I was assigned to Caliber auto glass through my insurance company for a windshield replacement. Scheduling the appointment was easy and there was a close Caliber Collision shop where they were going to do the work. I was told by Rachel to have my car there by 8:00 a.m. and no later, with a text instructing me to have a full tank of gas and no extra weight (?) I was told the job would take two to three hours. I got there at 7:45, did not arrange a ride, went to the coffee shop close by and assumed I'd be out by lunch. What the scheduler failed to tell me is that the technician goes to different shops for other jobs and mine might not be first. The Caliber Collision staff is not responsible for the glass appts., so I got no answers until around 12:00 when I called the main info line and got a recording at the glass company. Austin, the technician, called and said he was just starting a job 30 minutes away and so he would be there around 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. When he, finally got there he was great and got the job done quickly. I was out of there by 4:00 If the Rachel had told me it might take all day or given me a more accurate window to be without my car, I would have made arrange
